Are your tours hop-on hop off?
- No.
No loops, no robots, no boredom!
Our goal is to convey a degree of enthusiasm, knowledge and personalization through our tours. We believe that a local, certified Tour Guide accompanying our clients is definitely better than an impersonal hop-on hop-off experience.
Which vehicles are used in the tours
Our tours are offered aboard vans or motor coaches, depending on the tour and the number of participants.
How challenging are your tours? Is there much to walk?
It depends on the tour. For example, our 5 1/2 hours City Tour includes quite a number of stops where we encourage all participants to walk through areas of the City while enjoying the Tour Guide’s narration. Should you wish to wait on the bus, you are welcome to discuss your preference with the Tour Guide at the start of the tour.
I want to reschedule or cancel my booking, can I have my money back?
You can cancel up to 24 hours prior the service date and receive FULL REFUND. We do not refund tours cancelled within 24 hours from commencement of service.
Is there a live Guide in your tours? Are the tours multilingual?
YES, we offer live narration in all our tours (*), and train our professional Tour Guides . Most city tours are provided in ONE exclusive language. Depending on the tour, you can choose from English, Spanish, German, Italian and Japanese. Please check the details of each service in the tour description page.
(*) The only tours offered with live bilingual narration are the Afternoon Harlem Gospel and the Washington Full Day excursion.
Can I pay by credit card?
YES. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you ever cancel a tour for weather?
We operate rain or shine. If, in the unlikely event of an exceptional weather condition, we may decide to cancel our service(s), all customers will be fully refunded.
